Meet Clara

Founder and registered dietitian nutritionist

From a young age, Clara knew she wanted to be in the business of helping others. When she realized she could combine her passion for treating others with her love of food, Clara knew that the field of nutrition was the track for her.

After completing four years at New York University studying nutrition and dietetics, Clara went on to complete her clinical dietetic internship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, the #1 hospital in the Southeast. At Vanderbilt, she provided medical nutrition therapy to a diverse range of individuals, from acutely ill patients receiving tube feedings to those seeking weight loss in a counseling setting. Additionally, Clara specialized in providing nutrition counseling to those seeking weight loss, individuals with heart disease and diabetes, and pre- and perinatal women.

Following her time at Vanderbilt, Clara continued her path working as a dietitian in a clinical setting at Bellevue Hospital in Manhattan, New York, caring for children and adults in intensive care units as well as for adults seeking lifestyle changes through diet.

In her free time, Clara enjoys reading fiction novels, attending pilates classes, baking for her friends and family, and spending time with her dachshund, Franklin.
